Staff Physical Therapist
We are currently accepting resumes and interviewing for a staff physical therapist, full and part time work available. Please contact the office manager for further information. The position of staff Physical Therapist requires an active state of Texas Physical Therapy license. The role is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing a treatment program for patients referred by physicians in an outpatient setting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to treat a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. You will have the chance to work with a family-oriented team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care.
Employment Process
a) Resume submission: All applicants must submit a resume to be reviewed as the position becomes available.
b) Verification: In positions requiring special educational achievements, degrees, licensures, or certifications, all original documents must be presented and verified by the management.
c) Reference check: All applicants will be subject to employment investigation into their work and personal backgrounds. If information is determined as misrepresented, the applicant will not be considered for employment.
d) Selection: Applicants who meet the above requirements will be referred to an interview with the directors of the clinic. The available position will be filled by the determination of the directors.
e) Medical examination: Upon offering of the position, the employment candidate will be subject to a drug screen and TB tine test and the expense of the clinic.
f) Hire: After review of the above the final hire is completed when the position is offered to the applicant.

Employment Classifications
Full-time: An employee who works 32-40 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis is considered full-time. This employee is eligible for all regular benefits provided by the clinic.
Part-time with benefits: An employee who works 24-32 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis is considered to be a part-time employee. This employee is eligible for benefits described under the benefit section.
Part-time without benefits: An employee who works less than 24 hours per week is considered part-time with no eligibility for benefits.
Temporary: Employees hired for temporary positions or specified short periods of time, regardless of the number of hours worked in any given time period, are considered to by temporary employees. Temporary employment is not to exceed six months continuous duration. Students hired for the summer or during their vacation times are considered to be temporary employees. Temporary employees are not eligible for benefits.
Volunteer: On occasion, there will be a student or member of the community who will be considered "volunteer". This person will receive no remuneration, whether in pay or benefit, for their assistance.
Termination
Under our employment, you may voluntarily terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason. G&RPT retains a similar right.
