Garner & Riley provides orthopedic and sports physical therapy, primarily, located in two separate facilities. The original clinic in the Bastrop Wellness Center is the hub for outpatient orthopedic therapy for Bastrop county. We provide thorough manual treatment progressing to independent exercise programs, as well as offer an aquatic therapy center at the same location. Our second clinic is located in the professional building at Lakeside Hospital at Bastrop. This facility also offers outpatient orthopedics, but focuses on balance and gait dysfunction. We also offer a community exercise program, or extended care program (ECP) for clients who wish to establish or continue there therapy program independently. Adding this program has allowed us to offer complete and continuous care, beginning with unweighted aquatic exercises progressing through an independent gym program.
