PUT IN A TITLE HERE!
Garner & Riley Physical Therapy would like to introduce the PACE program for athletic performance. PACE was established to allow junior high school in high school athletes the opportunity to learn and practice sport-specific drills that have been proven to improve performance on the field, as well as decrease the risk of injury.

There are no shortcuts to achieving your full athletic potential.

"All growth depends upon activity. There is no development physically or intellectually without effort, and effort means work." - Calvin Coolidge

Realize your potential. In order to excel in organized athletic competitions, students often search for techniques to increase their advantage over opponents. Generalized exercise and conditioning techniques are starting point to accomplish these goals. However, to surpass basic and generic goals, PACE athletes will meet three times per week for four weeks with a licensed physical therapist who is professionally trained in exercise prescription for athletic competition. Each session will last two hours, and will consist of sport specific flexibility and strength training to increase endurance and explosive power.

P - Power
A - Agility
